Blooms and Flourishes Birthday Card

Blooms and Flourishes Birthday Card

This card features blooms made with the Confetti Hydrangea Punch by EK Success and a stamp from the “Decorative Flourish” set (#97634) by Inkadinkado. (It’s called “Dot Flourishes” on my package. Hmmm…)

Color was added to white card stock with Wild Honey and Abandoned Coral Distress Oxide inks from a gel printing plate. After the inked blooms were punched, they were shaped with my Heartfelt Creations Flower Shaping Kit. The center circles were punched using a Bubbles Border Punch by Fiskars.

The greeting was cut with the “Mini Expressions – Happy Birthday” die from Creative Expressions.

The flourish was heat embossed in white.

Background paper is from the “Our Family Tree” 12 x 12 paper pad by The Paper Studio. Mat was embossed with the Stampin’ Up Subtle embossing folder.

Thanks for checking out my card project!

  1. Beautiful card with the flourishes and pretty blossoms. I like the colors of the flowers and that is a great background for them.

  2. The fabulous patterned paper is a wonderful background for your flourishes and flowers. They work so well together. Your flowers were a labor of love. They are great.

  3. I really like the PP you used as the background and the dimension on the flowers is beautiful. Colours are perfect too.
