Snowman Gift Tags
I was wrapping gifts the other day and thought I’d whip up some simple gift tags. Ok, the snowmen took a bit of time to cut and assemble… but then I whipped up some simple gift tags. (Everything always takes longer than I expect it to – lol!)
The snowman die was from a set called “Chilly & Freezy” from Tim Holtz/Sizzix which was “a special Cyber Monday surprise free gift ” from Simon Says Stamp (with my $25 Tim Holtz purchase). His body was embossed with the “Subtle” embossing folder from Stampin’ Up (discontinued). All the other scraps already were textured.
The to/from stamp was from the GKD “Christmas Magic” stamp set and was heat embossed in white. I will use a uni-ball signo broad white pen to write the names.
The tags were cut from a steel rule die called “Tag & Tie” from Tim Holtz (discontinued), and I trimmed them down to 4 inches long. The edges were sponged with Gina K Designs Charcoal Brown ink.
Thanks for checking out my tag project!

Your attention to details, embossing the body, scarf colors, white details and brown edges, makes for some fun tags.

These are adorable. I love them on the kraft cardstock with the brown inked edges. You have inspired me to use this die.

These are GREAT tags! Love the texture on the snowmen. It’s amazing how long something we think will be quick tends to take. But, creativity comes into play and . . . beauty happens. Glad you had a chance to make them. They are great.

Very cute tags that really accent any Holiday gift. It would be very special to receive a gift with such a nice tag.
